Naples City Council non-partisan Candidate Forum set for Feb 1

The League of Women Voters of Collier County, in partnership with the Collier County Coalition, will host a non-partisan candidate forum for those running for the Naples City Council on Thursday, Feb. 1, starting at 5 p.m. The Forum is to be held at City Hall Chambers at Naples City Hall, 735 8th St. S. John Davis of WGCU and Wendy Fullerton Powell, executive editor of the Naples Daily News, will serve as co-moderators.

Candidates for the position of Mayor will be speaking at the first hour and 15 minutes, and candidates for the City Council positions will start at 6:30 p.m. Each candidate will be asked to address questions developed by the Coalition, and there will be some time for the audience to submit questions as well.
